slotsp Terms and Conditions – Rules & Policies for Pakistan Players

Welcome to slotsp. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the slotsp platform, including the website at slotsp.ws, any mobile interface or application, and all gaming and betting services offered under the slotsp brand. By accessing slotsp, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.

slotsp offers a range of online gaming and sports betting services to players in Pakistan, including live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Poker, Blackjack and game show formats), crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman), PSL and cricket betting, and other gaming products. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are accessible via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard.

These terms should be read alongside slotsp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between slotsp and each registered player.

To register and use slotsp, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. slotsp strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be a current employee of slotsp or a close family member of a current employee.
• You must not be self-excluded from slotsp or have a current restriction active on your account.
• You must provide accurate, current personal information during registration. False information may result in immediate account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on slotsp. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering with slotsp, you agree to:

• Provide your real name exactly as it appears on your CNIC or valid identity document.
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and email address that you actively use.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. slotsp will never ask for your password via email, SMS or phone call.
• Notify slotsp immediately via support@slotsp.ws if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Ensure your registered payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or bank account — are in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

slotsp reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account restriction.

All transactions on slotsp are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees on the slotsp side. The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly to your slotsp balance
• IBFT and card deposits are credited within 15–30 minutes depending on your bank
• slotsp does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes
• IBFT withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank
• slotsp charges zero withdrawal fees
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name
• slotsp reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 5,00,000

slotsp offers bonuses, promotions and a VIP cashback programme to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms will apply.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — through multiple accounts or shared devices — will result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be stated clearly in the bonus terms. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your balance.
• slotsp reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash unless the stated wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• VIP cashback is credited as withdrawable PKR balance unless stated otherwise. Cashback percentages range from 5% at Bronze tier to 30% at Diamond tier, based on total live casino wagering each calendar month.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on slotsp, including live casino, crash games, PSL betting and all other game categories.

General rules:

• Minimum bet across most slotsp games is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by game and table — these are displayed in the game interface before placing any bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the slotsp system, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify your selections before confirming.
• slotsp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games and certified live studio equipment for all live dealer tables. Game outcomes are fair, independent and cannot be manipulated.
• Crash games on slotsp use provably fair algorithms. The hash for each round is published in advance and can be independently verified by players.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, slotsp will resolve the round based on the game provider's official records. Where a round cannot be resolved, the stake will be refunded to your account.

PSL and cricket betting specific rules:

• All PSL bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
• In the event of a match being abandoned or resulting in a no-result, most markets will be void and stakes returned — exceptions are stated in individual market rules.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at slotsp's discretion, particularly during interruptions to play or when odds cannot be reliably updated.
• Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current market odds. The Cash Out amount offered may differ from the full potential return. Once Cash Out is confirmed, it is final and cannot be reversed.

slotsp expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false personal information at any stage
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with slotsp games or bet markets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches — any winnings resulting from technical errors must be reported to support and will be voided if they arise from a known or exploited error
• Collusion with other players in poker or other multiplayer formats
• Money laundering or using slotsp to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward slotsp staff or other players
• Any attempt to circumvent slotsp's responsible gaming or self-exclusion tools

slotsp cooperates fully with Pakistani financial authorities and law enforcement agencies. Any suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

slotsp collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on slotsp, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve the slotsp platform. slotsp does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data slotsp holds about you, and to request correction or deletion of that data, subject to legal and regulatory obligations. Data requests can be submitted to support@slotsp.ws.

slotsp is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Pakistani players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR
• Loss limits: Cap how much you can lose over a set period
• Session time alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. slotsp will not reopen a self-excluded account during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given.

slotsp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provided false or misleading personal information
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity
• Failed to provide requested identity verification documents within the required timeframe
• Operated multiple accounts or allowed third parties to use their account

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, any balance held may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the breach. slotsp will communicate the reason for account closure via the registered email address wherever possible.

You may close your slotsp account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@slotsp.ws. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered PKR payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements being met.

slotsp provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, accurate and secure service, slotsp does not guarantee:

• That the platform will be available continuously and without interruption
• That all games and features will function without technical errors at all times
• Specific gaming outcomes or returns

slotsp's liability to any player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's slotsp account at the time of any claim. slotsp is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Force majeure events beyond slotsp's reasonable control
• Actions taken in compliance with these Terms
• Losses resulting from the player's own gaming decisions

Nothing in these Terms limits slotsp's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by slotsp's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

slotsp may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, slotsp will notify registered players via email to the address on their account.

Your continued use of slotsp after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
